Clubhouse
The Clubhouse, also referred to as the Amenity Center, is the heart of social activities and events here at Esplanade. The Clubhouse features several distinct areas.
The main room is referred to as Celebration Central. It is the largest space and, when not in use for an event, is considered our community living room. It houses a (very) large screen TV, couches, chairs, tables, coffee and water machines.
Though the sign outside the door says Billiard Room, this room off of Celebration Central is also known as the Card Room or generally, the Game Room. Most of our game groups play in this room. It also houses TVs, and a combination pool and ping pong table. It has two double doors, that, when opened, make it a handy extension of the main room.
Also off of Celebration Central is the kitchen. While there is no stove or oven, there are warmers, a microwave, refrigerator, sink, dishwasher and assorted storage.
The Fitness Center houses assorted weight machines and cardio equipment. The cardio equipment was updated in the Spring of 2026. The Fitness Center exterior door is the only door that is accessible by key fob 24 hours a day.
The Movement Room is the home for aerobic fitness activities such as Zumba, TRX, Pilates and Dance Cardio. There are a variety of fitness classes available; some run by residents, others by a professional instructor.
Just outside the Celebration Central doors is the Verandah, a covered area with fans and seating to enjoy the outdoors vibe.
Also on the verandah is our large commercial grill used when we have a big event. It is also available for resident use.
